Sunset St Ives self catering sleeps 2 or 3 and is only 7/10 minutes walk away from the very centre of St Ives and beaches. An ideal location for holiday makers who love the sea and the country, like to be away from the "madding crowd" and yet be within easy reach of all that downtown St Ives has to offer.

Sunset St Ives has views of Porthmeor Beach, and the Island. Beyond this can be seen the breathtaking sweep of St Ives Bay and 30 miles of coastal scenery stretching away to Trevose Head.

Lounge/Kitchen/Diner

The self catering accommodation is a 1st floor apartment with it's own entrance and private patio. The holiday flat consists of: a fully carpeted living area with dining table & chairs, sofa-bed, coffee table, freeview LCD TV, DVD player and CD/HiFi.

The sofa-bed can be used by the third person.

A room divider separates the living/kitchen area and here you will find a fully fitted kitchen which includes electric cooker, microwave and refrigerator.

The bedroom is carpeted and has a double bed with duvet/pillows, wardrobe and bedside cabinet. All bed linen is provided. Lovely sea-view over Porthmeor Beach.

The bathroom leads off the bedroom and lounge and has both bath & shower. Please bring your own personal towels. Lovely sea-view.

There is off road parking for one vehicle. Rare in St Ives.

Patio

At the rear of the holiday apartment there is a large private south facing patio with barbeque (on request). The patio overlooks the countryside and sea.

In addition, there is a 1st floor outside seating area with spectacular views over the countryside to the sea and fantastic views of the sunset.

The patio area is very secure and there is plenty of room for windsurfers, kayaks and surfboards etc. There is also a hose and sink for cleaning equipment. Please do not take wet items into the flat.
